Current run a u7 team who are well behind the benchmark. Has ever anyone come across a side staying u7 next year on mass. We are losing every game 5/6 at least

Hi,
We had this in the first youth team I was involved with. Was 10-0 most weeks for the first season. Luckily the league we were involved with put us down into a lower league and games became more competitive and we started to score some goals.
It wasn't until the 3rd season where the players began to gel and win matches.
I would stay the course with the correct age group and perhaps find a league that leans more towards the development level.
Maybe also invite coaches from other teams that are winning and be open to their feedback. Sometimes they are just fortunate and have naturally gifted players, however, some times they may have some useful ideas on how to improve your team.
If it is the first couple of seasons I wouldn't worry too much, however, if you still aren't seeing any improvements after 3-4 seasons then I'd invite input and feedback to help you. As you are developing as a coach at the same time the kids are developing as players.
Hope that helps.
Cheers
Jamie
