What are the reasons for you as a Young Person to be a Young Leader?

Over the past couple of months, I have been reviewing and reflecting my reasons and legacy as a Youth leader! I feel it is an important area that can be reflected - would love to hear anyone's reasons!

One primary reason for me is to be able to express and share my views and thoughts and influence other young people so that they can do it themselves. I also believe that it greatly helps my personal development.
