- Being able to meet so many people and learn about different people’s beliefs and lives is so fun and enables you to see what others would like you to do as a Youth Leader!

- I think it’s so important to realise that ‘when you let your own light shine you unconsciously liberate others’. I would love others to feel able to become a Youth Leader and inspire others in their communities by following an example set by other Young Leaders.

- Getting to give other young people the opportunity to get involved in youth leadership. 

- Being able to develop myself as a leader and an individual 

One primary reason for me is to be able to express and share my views and thoughts and influence other young people so that they can do it themselves. I also believe that it greatly helps my personal development.
