This site is an absolute joke

Course progress doesn't save, modules not available as I need to complete previous modules (which I have already done) - bug central and no response to emails, no answer to phone calls and feedback not responded to. Complete shambles

The site is rubbish, doesn't track progress, can't move on to the next section, generic email response to complaints take weeks to come through, and you can't telephone anyone to deal with a matter that…

I'm experiencing similar, works on one laptop not on another.. taken me since october to still not finish due to the course/site being rubbish

ive found sometimes it takes a while to update my progress when completing sections ,not really of any help to you but we are all getting the same delay i think
