I've had issues with every single course I've done on this dreadful site - shoddy organisation

ive found sometimes it takes a while to update my progress when completing sections ,not really of any help to you but we are all getting the same delay i think

The site is rubbish, doesn't track progress, can't move on to the next section, generic email response to complaints take weeks to come through, and you can't telephone anyone to deal with a matter that is urgent. Does the FA not want people to qualify and contribute? FA IT has been terrible for years, ultimately impacting the people it purports to serve. How long are we supposed to wait to get issues resolved?

I'm experiencing similar, works on one laptop not on another.. taken me since october to still not finish due to the course/site being rubbish
