About the FA NYC and RYN

The FA National Youth Council (NYC) are a group of 10 volunteers aged 16-25 with the vision of ensuring “All young people have meaningful opportunities to develop themselves and positively impact the football community”. We represent the voice of children and young people on the FA Council and within the FA. We run various programmes for young people to develop themselves throughout the season and produce resources and support for youth leadership to grow and thrive!

The FA Regional Youth Network (RYN) are a group of 37 volunteers aged 16-25 who work collaboratively with the FANYC to achieve the Youth Leadership vision. They are made up of County FA Youth Council representatives and youth leaders from other sporting organisations and communities
