The FA National Youth Council (NYC) is a group of 10 Youth Leaders with the vision for "All young people have meaningful opportunities to develop themselves and positively impact the football community".

The Regional Youth Network (RYN) are group of Youth Leaders from across the country who support the NYC in achieving it's vision.
