Good afternoon everyone, 

As I have progressed in my  youth leadership journey , reflection has played a key part to support with my development.

During my refection, I think about what makes me a good leader, as well as what I stand for. 

My question to you, would be what is your one key value that you have as a youth leader? Mine would be, being approachable. This is key and important to me, because I believe the more approachable you are, the more people you are able to support. Due to them feeling like they can come to you for advice, and they also feel like they can trust you as a result of the environment you create.
