What is one of my key values as a leader?

Good afternoon everyone, 

As I have progressed in my  youth leadership journey , reflection has played a key part to support with my development.

During my refection, I think about what makes me a good leader, as well as what I stand for. 

My question to you, would be what is your one key value that you have as a youth leader? Mine would be, being approachable. This is key and important to me, because I believe the more approachable you are, the more people you are able to support. Due to them feeling like they can come to you for advice, and they also feel like they can trust you as a result of the environment you create. 

I look forward to hearing all of your ideas.

    The most important value for me as a leader would be care. It’s important to me that I care about the work I complete, care about those it’s for, those who I work with and put care into creating quality work. 

    This is something I have wrestled with identifying but I feel care aligns with what’s important to me as a leader in my current roles.
