Literature that would be useful for a young leader?

Hi everyone, I'm currently working on a task for the FA Leadership Academy where we have to think about our personal leadership philosophy. As a part of that I'm looking for any books or articles that would be usefull for someone to develop their leadership skills or that might bring about some inspiration. Any recomendations on this and why they're useful to read would be greatly appreciated!

  • Hey Callum - I recently read Radical Candor by Kim Scott (Thank you to  for the suggestion!!), and it was a really fascinating read. Would highly recommend if you're looking at the relationship aspect of leadership. The book mainly focuses on being in management positions, but I think there are a number of learnings about how we can work with others and provide and receive feedback in a way that optimises the outcome for everyone!
