We are pleased to be able to share some exciting new roles within the Women’s Technical Division. We are looking to appoint three ETC Player Development Leads and one ETC Operations Officer to work within Girls Emerging Talent Centres to support the development of better players for the future game. The three Player Development Lead Positions will cover the North, the Midlands & East or the South areas of the country. 

Funded through our partnership with the Premier League, the roles will oversee player development across a group of Emerging Talent Centres within a region, including supporting the identification and development of talented players, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding technical programmes across the system.
