DBS still showing as In Progress

I received my DBS weeks ago, yet it's still showing on WholeGame as "in progress".

Does anyone know why or how I can get it updated

Hi Stacey, hope you are good,

I would suggest contacting your local County FA who your DBS will have been processed through,
