Hi Madeleine, that's brilliant that you've been supporting your local club!
My advice would be to dive in, get to know the players, if you can take small steps to take sections of the session or work with groups it will help build your knowledge and confidence. In terms of courses I've added the link here https://learn.englandfootball.com/courses. Best place to start is the EE playmaker, this is completely online and a great stepping stone into coaching.
Your County FA will also be able to provide some support and guidance so also have a look at their website too.
