We are excited to be adding to our Casual Event Day Steward pool to join the team for the 2023/24 season. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that a safe, secure and customer-friendly environment is maintained in their designated area at all times during events at Wembley Stadium. You will need to be flexible with the needs of the organisation, with the majority of events either taking place on weekends or evenings.
What You'll Do?
- To ensure the safety and welfare of all spectators.
- To be able to understand verbal and written instructions and communicate clearly with spectators.
- To be smartly dressed, appearance should be tidy and they should always wear the high visibility jacket or tabard appropriate to their position.
- To understand the general responsibilities towards health, safety and welfare of all spectators, other stewards and themselves.
- To show a strong level of understanding and be inclusive at all times, ensuring the right level of care and knowledge is provided to all guests.
- Executes additional tasks as required to meet FA Group's changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and well-being can be maintained.
- As part of The FA's commitment to ensuring a safe environment for everyone in football, every employee will be required to complete a DBS check. The level of the check required will be based on the activity of the specific job role and in line with legislation and government guidance.
