This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to English football’s elite talent pathway for girls while developing your governance skills and experience. 

The Women’s Talent Pathway Audit Board (WTPAB) recognise that women’s football is going to need an increasing number of talented and experienced people as the game grows – in all roles and at all levels. It’s important to grow the talent pipeline not just on the pitch but in governance. For this reason, they have created this new role of ‘board apprentice’. This role is ideal for someone who does not have experience on a committee or board but who wants to develop it. You will work closely with the WTPAB for a year, and they will help you develop the skills needed to seek further governance positions.
