Special Olympics - Football Development Officer

Special Olympics are looking for a Football Development Officer to join their team. This Football Development Officer is a 12 month fixed term contract post which has been created in partnership with The FA which allows us to appoint this critical position at an important time in our development. The post will be overseen by a management group including Special Olympics Great Britain and The FA’s National Development Manager – Disability Pathway. 

The Football Development Officer role is a key appointment reporting directly to the Head of Sport and will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, with a specific focus on football.  As a member of the Organisational Growth team, this role will play an important part in shaping the delivery operations of capability and capacity building, driving it forward and actively support, and implement the strategic plan in accordance with the stated mission.
