The Football Association has an exciting opportunity for a National Development Manager (Volunteer & Workforce Delivery) to:

• Provide specialist development expertise to grow and develop the volunteer and workforce networks
• Design and deliver Volunteer Game Plan related activity with and through partners including the County FA network, HE & FE institutions, FA Youth Council and Grassroots clubs
• Design and deliver projects that increase satisfaction and diversity of volunteers
• Lead the delivery of events and programmes relating to volunteer and workforce recruitment and retention
• Support the conceptualisation and delivery of immersive football workforce training

Interviews will be held at Wembley Stadium on Wednesday 2nd August
