FA Leadership Academy (FALA) is a 12 month programme that begins with a four day residential in Warwick on the 24th-27th July. 

At FALA, you will meet over 50 other youth leaders from the across the country who are passionate about football, and take part in interactive workshops that support you to consider your personal leadership philosophy, building relationships that last, effective communication and much more. 

Following the residential, you will take part in a 12-month learning and development programme where you will be supported to create and implement a project of your choice within your local football community that will have a positive impact on the national game. 

This event is co-created and co-delivered by The FA National Youth Council (FANYC) and The FA.

Please note that you are eligible to attend FALA if you can answer yes to the following statements, I:-

• am actively involved in volunteering or Youth Leadership in football;
• have not attended FALA before;
• will be aged 16-24 as of the 24th July 2023;
• am motivated to develop myself and others;
• can attend all four days (24th-27th July 2023) in person;
• am committed to implementing a project in my football community;
• am committed to completing the 12-month learning and development journey; and
• will update the FANYC on progress with my project and/or personal development.
