The FA Leadership Academy applications are now open. FALA25 will be an amazing experience for all involved and can help you reach your full potential in the football industry, develop your skills, and meet amazing new people that share your passion for the sport.
The programme starts with a four-day residential at Walton Hall, Wellesbourne, Warwickshire (CV35 9HG), where you’ll develop key skills through a variety of
immersive workshops and activities. This residential takes place from the 28th to the 31st of July this year. The workshops will be focused on developing your personal leadership philosophy, being your best self, communicating conversation and connecting, building relationships that last, identity and allyship, and finally planning for success.
This is followed by a 12-month learning and development programme in which you are supported by The FANYC, your FALA25 mentor, and The FA to deliver a project which positively impacts yourself and the football community.
There are 66 places up for grabs and applications close Friday the 9th of May 2025 at 12:00 (midday).
