We are excited to share that the FA Leadership Academy (FALA), which is funded by the Premier League, is returning in July 2026. FALA26 is a 12-month learning and development programme for 16–24-year-olds, co-designed and co-delivered by the FA National Youth Council (FANYC). We have 60 places available for participants to join us.
The programme starts on Monday 27th - Thursday 30th July 2026 with a four-day residential at Walton Hall, Wellesbourne, Warwickshire (CV35 9HG), where participants develop key skills through a variety of immersive workshops and activities. This is followed by a 12-month learning and development programme in which participants are supported by the FANYC, their FALA26 mentor, and the FA to deliver a project which positively impacts themselves and their football community.
Applications are open from Friday 10th April 2026 at 12.00 (midday) and close on Monday 25th May 2026 at 12:00 (midday). The application form is available through this link: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/019d436ca53b7e9e8e275020d36bfb84.
