Our county FA only received the final dates etc yesterday I believe. The first local rounds have to be played by August, with regional rounds in September and the final in October 

Whats going on here - how come some seem to be getting invited but others not?

Our County FA said that the FA had approached all the county FAs and asked them to express an interest in doing it. I can only assume that those County’s that do not have such a close link with walking football have possibly just responded with a no without even asking the clubs. It’s a real shame if that’s the case but it goes to show how each county probably views walking football….

It appears that our County FA has in fact been approached by the FA, its just that the County FA hasn't disseminated the information to us yet!
