Hi All, as part of our continued development of Walking Football we are looking at supporting some trial events to test a few of the Laws of the Game changes and we would be looking for 3-4 different events across the country.
Does anyone know of any FA Affiliated events that are taking place in September? At each event we would need a series of fixtures to collect data around the existing laws against any new proposals in order to make better, more evidence-based decisions on any future law changes. Each event would need referees and observers for each of the fixtures to record the data, and we will also likely to conduct some focus group interviews post-event with players, referees, and facilitators.
At this stage, I just need some information on when and where any competitions or festivals are taking place, and we will then work with our project team on the details of how this will be completed.
