  • I believe that to engage young volunteers it’s important to be flexible to their needs. Many young people have a lot of commitments outside of volunteering (such as educational commitments and part-time work) whereby it’s not possible to have them engaged to every week. So being flexible is an important factor. 

    Furthermore, I believe it is important to make sure young volunteers are involved in roles they enjoy. This is the best way to keep them engaged as much as possible.
