I'm trying to access the interactive module in week one 'how to behave like a coach' and when I click on it, I get this message; 

Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: I2CF: Completed Introduction

I have completed the introduction. Please help?

    I'm the same, website is so clunky on whats done and what isn't

    Ive done the first week of I2CF by attending the webinar, got an email saying thanks for completing it, then never received a link for week 2, which is ongoing now and no doubt ive missed it?

    Also, the progress of my course hasnt been checked off for week one so cant even progress on week 2 yet?

    Really frustrating

    Hi James, strange that you didn’t get the week 2 webinar link. I had an email with the link on Saturday. Maybe check your junk mail, as I have noticed some FA learning emails tend to go there as well.

    In regards to unlocking the courses, it seems like it’s not an instant thing and I reckon it’s not automatically done. Wondering if someone (ie a moderator) manually unlocks when they see that the prior week has been completed.

    Im in the same position now with week 2 e-learning, still locked despite completion of everything in week 1.
