have you done your safeguarding and first aid courses first? 

I'm having the exact same trouble Richard. Completed the introduction but it remains locked. Done the safeguarding and first aid courses too.

Me too, safeguarding and first aid courses has finished, 1st webinar joined.

Going by other posts, it looks to be a common issue. How frustrating when you just want to keep it up and not leave the courses piling up. I submitted an IT support ticket on Thursday but haven’t heard anything back as yet

Oh hold up, just tried on my phone (iPhone) and it’s working but on my HP laptop, Microsoft Edge, it isn’t!

I tried on my android phone and laptop. Chrome, Firefox...

Not working.

Hope it can resolve soon, the 2nd webinar coming soon.

I can progress now, maybe it takes time to update/refresh the database.

I'm having the same issue, has anyone managed to find a resolution to this? 

I'm not sure, but I come back 6 hour later then I can go through.
