Hi I am still unable to complete this course. I have resorted to doing the online learning for each module to try and get the certificate. But I did all the webinars already. It says that you only need to do one part- if you have done the webinars iI should not have to do the learning modules. Now I am stuck on 60% and it wont open the 'Respect Module' so I can do that. Can you activate this? Or just move my account to complete?

I’m having the exact same problem on the same module .wont let ne change my answers and it says I’ve only completed 50% of the module ,won’t let me progress to week 3 as it says it’s not completed but I have no way of completing it .extremely frustrating 

Hi Ash Thank you so much for responding and the issue is exactly the same.  A coach at my club has suggested that all the videos must be accessed.  I have already done this and I don't think that's the issue.  I have raised a 'ticket' with the FA and also emailed the FA Education email address.  If I don't receive a reply I will raise a complaint.  I think this is valid because the club have paid £100 for the course!  Please keep in contact and if I get a reply I will post an update here. I am in the same situation guys, stuck on 50%, I have gone back in several times, completed the module for a second time, re-watched all videos etc and still it is stuck on 50%. It is really frustrating. What is the email address you used to send the complaint? I have raised a ticket and no response.

I’m having the same problem.

I’m at 50% and looks like there’s something missing to complete it but can’t work out why? I have one incorrect answer do you think that’s what it is. Problem is you can’t start the section again. 

Has anyone had any response from the FA?

I have exactly the same problem as well. I can't open the Week 2 interactive module because it claims I have not yet completed the introduction and Week 1. However, the Introductory and Week 1 modules display 100% complete. I seem to remember having a similar problem with a previous FA course but I can't remember how I fixed it, think it probably involved going back and completing the module again. This website as a whole isn't great to be honest, could do with an overhaul.
