Woah, it has just resolved itself for me. Think it depends on where you attempt to open the next module, if the previous one launched in a new window you have to go back to the original one to launch the next module I think. Or vice versa, I'm not completely sure what I did. Might go on an IT course next tbh.
Try using Google Chrome guys. And use incognito browser.
I've been back through everything twice, intro and week 1 showing 100% but still week 2 says "Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: I2CF: Completed Introduction & Week 1". Anybody successfully resolve the issue with specific actions!
im also getting this message but im at 80%
i have done the introduction but i can't access 'how to behave as a coach' as it says I haven't done the intro?
any help is appreciated
To Everyone - I have finished the course after having difficulty with frozen screens and padlocks. The only way to get a response and help is to raise a complaint at facomplaints@thefa.com and copy in education@thefa.com

Was this resolved for any of you? I'm having the same problem with the 'how to plan a session' module. Completed it about 6 times but the progress bar is stuck on 90% so it's not recognising the module as completed.
Hello pal, any of you having these issues my suggestion would be to complete one then wait 12 to 24 hours to update itself then it will unlock the next section/module. I was going through the same thing and it unlocked itself within that timeframe as i completed the previous section/module. I know how frustrating it is trust me. This was me about a month ago and it worked after giving it that timeframe.
