I'm having the same problem when trying to do the e-learning modules, it also says the course is "unavailable to learners". On the call they mentioned problems with accessing the modules and said try using a different browser which I did and big surprise, that didn't work. I don't think this is something we can resolve ourselves and rather it's yet another problem with the terrible website. I guess we just have to wait.

Hi. I raised a ticket through the help centre on the FA learning website and they came back and said I had a "de duped" FAN number so they had to transfer the course over to the correct FA number.  I can now access it.  I'd recommend raising a ticket and explaining your issue (with screenshots) if you haven't already.

i've raised a ticket online AND sent an email to the education@thefa.com address and other than a confirmation email have had nothing back - been over a week.  I have to say that this is really, really poor.  Looking at the thread this is impacting sooooo many people.
