Something similar.  I have done the 1st e-learing but hasn't updated my progress.  I can't get into the 2nd e-learning and says something about not being in the audience.  And now i can't reply to this!

I'm having the same problem when trying to do the e-learning modules, it also says the course is "unavailable to learners". On the call they mentioned problems with accessing the modules and said try using a different browser which I did and big surprise, that didn't work. I don't think this is something we can resolve ourselves and rather it's yet another problem with the terrible website. I guess we just have to wait. 

Hi. I raised a ticket through the help centre on the FA learning website and they came back and said I had a "de duped" FAN number so they had to transfer the course over to the correct FA number.  I can now access it.  I'd recommend raising a ticket and explaining your issue (with screenshots) if you haven't already.

i've raised a ticket online AND sent an email to the education@thefa.com address and other than a confirmation email have had nothing back - been over a week.  I have to say that this is really, really poor.  Looking at the thread this is impacting sooooo many people.

Hi all, I had a similar issue as I missed the week 1 webinar. After I watched the replay I could then access the modules for that week. Check your emails and watch the webinar recordings and then hopefully you'll be able to complete the e-learning.

desperate for help on this one - trying to access week 2 e-learning but won’t allow as it says  ‘ must to complete introduction and week 1 ‘ which I have and have the 100% green line completion icon for both. No clue what to do and literally no support numbers or anything. V poor website and resources 

I'm also stuck on the second week modules, cannot get to 2nd lesson on how to build a session, first one is locked with no next buton.

I am also having the same problem. I completed the first module but haven’t been able to access week 2 or 3 and now all the modules are locked. 

Same problem for me too.
