I can't access the Community to Journal I2CF

Started I2CF yesterday. I  can't access the Community to Journal . the links in the registration email lead to "Not Found". They showed a community page in the webinar for this course  that I cannot find anywhere in the community . 

please help

    I still have the same issue, Coaches Community says 'Not Found', i can't access the coaches notebook 'Not Found'. 

    I try to raise an incident and i get 'error'.  so I can't even raise an issue. 

    the Link to the Help Centre shows 'error'

    Week 3 is this week.  

    Is there any other ways to contact the course leaders to gain access to the content?
