Same issue as Andy Blackman

I am having a similar issue. If anyone knows how to access the journal, or any of the modules would be greatly appreciated.

I think I found a way. If you access your intro to coaching email you recieved, you can go to the help centre and there should be a link sending you to the course.

Hi Kirby, I did as someone else suggested and clicked on the link in the course e-mail, it then gave me the option to join the community on the bottom of the screen, thanks Jon

Interesting, I just still get the Not found page from those links , definitely no option at the bottom of the page.....

So I raised a ticket in several different areas for this. I received a response from one saying that its a know problem from the provider and is basically not functioning.

The last response I got said that I had been now added to the group and should now be an able to access it. which I can.

so I guess the solution is to raise a ticket and ask to be added to this sub community.
