Libby Barnett, a coach from Jersey, tells us all about her journey and how the women’s and girls’ game is growing on the island. Barnett, who coaches at Jersey Wanderers FC and within the Jersey FA Performance Development Centre, also discusses how important it is to have good communication skills as a coach.
