Hi Cherelle what age group are you coaching?
I coach U13 girls and we do a 10min warm up & 5 min cool down
I'm confused on this topic. I used to do warm ups and then some higher qualified coaches advised to to do them. I coach U11 so is the a point that kids don't need warm ups the same that adults would ?
It does depend on the age group, though a good idea is to have some sort of arrival activity that involves lots of dynamic movement.
