The current LOTG Law 15 clearly states that where barricades surround the pitch there are no kick-ins/roll-ins and that when the ball leaves the field of play the game restarts with a goal clearance. However the Law then goes on to state that the ball must be stationary on the touchline - OR 2m into the playing area from the barrier where barricades are used!  Isn't that a contradiction?
