Hi John Munro how are getting on with this a couple of weeks down the line? I know there had been a few bug fixes recently but would be great to share any feedback with the team

Flo, where would you like me to start?  Let's start with the log-in process - I am all for internet security, but do we really have to request a verification code each and every time we try to log in?   Most other software system allow the user to confirm that the computer or mobile being used can be trusted and thereafter avoid the need for 2-step verification.

Now onto the Clubspark Admin site - go to one of the sessions I have created within an 'opportunity' (who thought 'opportunity'. was a sensible word to described a series of individual sessions?) - https://book.englandfootball.com/charlburytownwalkingfootball/Admin/Coaching/Session/33684bc7-60af-4d24-ae91-8f27a8ac599d and where is the button to easily add additional players who hadn't signed up themselves?  On the old FA Events platform, the names of all the players who had previously signed up for earlier sessions were simply listed and you could select the names wanted to add...no such facility exists on Clubspark - In fact it is extremely difficult to even find where you can add more names, let alone actually adding them!

 Then we move onto match fees - If, as in our case, the individuals pay the venue direct, there is no way of recording that they have paid their match fee and the system 'appears'; to show that the have not paid.....and even then, depending on whether the individual sign up themself or were added by me as an Administrator, they are either logged as 'Admin Area' or 'Campaign Site' under the Source column, with the Admin Area ones having no fee attached and the Campaign Site ones having £4 showing in the Amount column!
