A single Personal Accident Insurance policy for all our walking footballers, instead of having fork out three times - one for our 50+ team, one for our 60+ team and one for our 70+ team, despite the majority of our players being allocated to at least two if not all three of the teams.  Additionally, we have some players who are only registered as 'Training Only', so how are they covered?

1. Having a process that acknowledges summer league without having to re-register 80 players.

2. Stop this rather odd requirement that I need to get my local FA's permission to register our women's team in a League run in a neighbouring FA county's area.
