How many leagues here register their players on the whole game system? 

How do the FA measure the number of people playing walking football? Your video's stated it is the fastest growing sport, but are there any stats to support this statement? Player registration seems the most logical but not sure how many clubs or leagues do this.

    Oxfordshire Walking Football League require all players who play in its  league to be registered on the Whole Game system and it seems to work well with plenty of support from Oxfordshire FA, but no requirement for ‘casual/non-competitive’ players to register.

    My own team, Charlbury Town, run FA Just Play sessions which require a register of attendance being completed after each session - to do this, everyone needs a FAN number, so as we have that anyway, it is actually just a simple extra step to register the vast majority of its players on Whole Game anyway, whether they play competitively or not.
