Continued from above - would be arriving and my order would be posted straight away (last week). I still haven't received it, and I have sent two further e-mails and made two phone calls, which both went to voicemail, and no reply. Naturally, I am a little concerned as to their currenr status, although I noted that they are still advertising on the circuit heavily.
