The FA's Grassroots Division is currently reviewing our offering to how we can develop a better and more comprehensive programme of support to volunteers in football.
To achieve this, we are conducting market research to better understand the experiences and the needs of volunteers and clubs in the grassroots game. To ensure the confidentiality of your responses we have employed Insight Alchemists an independent market research agency to complete this project.
This research will take the form of individual interviews, each taking 1-hour and being conducted online. We are looking to speak to an audience that is broadly representative of Grassroots volunteers – demographically, levels of experience, club type and type of football played.
