How are you currently future proofing your league?

-Need to go paid full time due to the size of the league

-Volunteer are hard to attract

-Increasing volunteer workforce – including developing them

-Finance

-We aren’t (and we need to)

-Made the league a company limited by guarantee

-Advertising league roles externally to attract people who will challenge us

-Bring new and younger people on to the Board / League Committee.
