Is close season a time to switch off for a little while and take time to recharge batteries or is it better spent having a clear hit at getting work completed asap that is challenging to do in season when fixtures, games and every day club operations take over ?

Before you jump on me, I know lots does go on in close season but we are giving thought to some of the support & interventions we are looking to roll out centrally and how best to make this work? Creating networks and joined up learning but when are the most efficient times for our club leaders?  thoughts welcome....
