I started volunteering at Faversham Strike Force 2 years ago.

My dad has volunteered at the club for over 20 years so he encouraged my brother and me to get involved. On a Sunday morning, I coach the club's Mini Boltz which is an introduction to football for those in School Year R and Year 1.

I really enjoy supporting them to fall in love with the game and have lots of fun. Sometimes players can have special needs or need one-to-one support which I get involved in by helping reassure them and create an environment where they can be themselves.

In addition, I volunteer at our men's First Team matches on a Saturday afternoon where I interview players and coaches while making announcements on social media and over the Tannoy.

I really love helping my community and being part of the club. Volunteering has helped me make new friends, meet others and help me understand what I might want to do when I am older.
