I've completed all the relevant courses prior to this and when I completed the Introduction to Coaching Disabled football module and completed this it removed all my other e-learning modules except the Introduction to Coaching Football Course which I cannot move passed 20% as it says 'Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: I2CF: Completed Introduction' which I have completed multiple times and on multiple different devices to see if it was an issue with my laptop, tablet or phone. I have logged this as a ticket and had only automated responses saying I need to complete the Introduction first which I have done and is showing green and 100% completed. Seems there are a lot of other coaches in similar positions. Please can you advise how to escalate this?
