I attended the second webinar in the series on Monday, and there were plenty of people in the chat who are not able to access the e-learning modules.

I raised a support ticket as instructed, but after waiting >5 days for a response, I was just provided the same cookie cutter links as before, but the root issue that e-learning is not unlocking remains the same.

Not sure how to escalate this any further, otherwise I have no choice unfortunately but to run a chargeback on my card as the course was pretty expensive.
