im having a similar issue it wont let me start my week 1 modules i had my first webinar last thursday and ive tried three times now it wint let me enter them at all 

I have a similar - did you manage to resolve it?  I've tried submitting a ticket here: https://help.thefa.com/support/tickets/new but when i submit it, i get an error "

{"code":"internal_error","message":"We're sorry, but something went wrong."}"

Yeh make sure you watch everything before you start your modules then leave it until next day may work a few hours later not sure good luck
