I can't get to the first webinar as it is saying it isn't available to watch 

Hiya, I’ve had the same problem the last 2 days and have tried on my Mac in both safari and Chrome.

on mobile using safari it lets me progress without that error.

try the next module on your phone and then move back to computer if that is where you were to begin with

Hiya, I’ve had the same issue for the last couple of days using a mac having tried safari and chrome browsers.

Using safari on mobile (iPhone) it has let me progress.

If you are struggling with desktop, try advancing on mobile then move back to desktop for the subsequent module.

Hi I cannot seem to get onto course. I have watched webinar and filled in questionnaire but cannot access course? 

I’ve got the same issue, I watched webinar live, completed the course introduction section and watched the player engagement into video and it still won’t let me access the online e-learning for week one saying I need to be a member of the audience completed introduction.

Hi, I assume I am on the same course and I cant even find the eLearning... think there is an issue or just us?

Lucky, that didn't work for me.  I've tried chrome and safari on both the Imac, iphone and ipad and can't seem to get to the webinar as all I get is a page not found response

Im having the same issue, I have been told that I need to complete mandatory training prior to Week 2 of my course but I dont know how to access the mandatory items.
