I am currently in the process of completing my Level 1 Introduction to Football course and have successfully finished all the modules except the final one. However, I am unable to access it because a message states that I must complete both the Safeguarding and First Aid courses before proceeding.

When I initially enrolled, I understood that the course fee covered everything required for completion. Could you please clarify whether the Safeguarding and First Aid courses are separate qualifications that I need to pay for additionally? If so, does this mean I have to pay an extra £60 on top of the £100 I have already paid for the course?

I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed and whether there are any alternative options available.
