Unable to access Week 1 online learning with the error showing as Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: I2CF: Completed Introduction

Question

Hey everyone, is anyone else struggling with this error and know a fix for it? 
 
 I have tried watching all the videos all over again, logging out and back into my account even shutting my whole laptop down but nothing seems to be working. 
 
 Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi Rebecca. I've had this problem and raised a ticket to ask for a fix. Apparently the system can take a while to realise you have completed each module. They recommend waiting up to a few hours for the system to log your progress, it will then unlock the next course.
