Hi all i have completed all requirements and at 80% on the assessment bar for the introduction to coaching BUT it will not allow me to access the assessment to complete the course and advice please

I can't even get past the first section as it says I've not completed "Course Introduction" which I have 100%. This is the single worst website I've ever used.
