level 1 coaching - e learning

I have just finished week 3 for the level 1 football coaching and cannot access any of the week 1,2 or 3. I am trying to do WEEK ONE - e-learning unlocks 1st of the month but every time I go onto it, it says 'Not available unless: You are a member of the Audience: I2CF: Completed Introduction'. please help :)

    I’m having a similar issue. Wouldn’t let me complete anything for ages. I’ve just found it to be quite random but just clicking on every link previously seemed to help. I’m now just waiting for the assessment to unlock but who knows when it’ll let me do that. It is such a frustrating system. I even filled a “ticket” with the help team but no response.
